The K-pop singer debuted with the six-man boy band Astro on February 23, 2016. Their first EP, titled Spring Up, featured five songs total, with “Hide & Seek” serving as the album’s lead single.

On top of that, Astro vocalist Moonbin and bandmate Yoon San-ha made their debut as Astro’s first sub-unit, In-Out, and its lead hit “Bad Idea,” on September 14, 2020. When the celebrity failed to show up for practice on April 19, 2023, his manager discovered his body.
